1. Product Description

MakeMove is a digital software product (SaaS) that provides design tools for creating visual content for marketplaces and social media. The Product includes:

• Smart copywriter — marketing copy assistant for slide text
• Photo cleanup — object and watermark removal (browser-based)
• Background removal — automated background removal (browser-based)
• Product card designer — multi-platform product card design
• Carousel constructor — multi-slide carousel creation with PDF export

This is a digital design tool. Users create content themselves using templates and built-in tools. No human-driven design services, manual editing, or consulting are involved at any stage.

2. What This Product Is NOT

This Product does not constitute and should not be relied upon as:

• Professional graphic design or branding services
• Legal advice on intellectual property or trademark compliance
• Guaranteed marketplace listing optimization or sales improvement
• Any professional advisory service regulated in any jurisdiction

3. Account and Access

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a free tier (5 generations) and a paid Pro subscription at $14.99/month. Payment is processed by Apple (for iOS) or Paddle (for web). We do not store or process your payment card details.

By continuing your subscription you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through App Store settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of images and content you upload to or create with the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

7. No Guarantees

All tools are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting generated content before publishing.

8. Refunds

Refunds are available in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, templates, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of LLP Techdab. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim
