This Refund Policy applies to MakeMove ("Service"), a digital SaaS product provided by LLP Techdab.
1. Digital Product Nature
MakeMove is a web-based design tool for product cards and carousels that provides immediate access to all features upon subscription. As a digital product with instant access, refund eligibility is subject to the conditions below.
2. Free Tier
All users receive 5 free generations before purchasing a subscription. This allows you to evaluate the service quality without payment.
3. Refund Window
Full refunds are available within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason during this period, contact us for a full refund.
4. After the Refund Window
After 14 days from the initial subscription payment, refunds are generally not available. However, we evaluate each request individually and may issue refunds in cases of:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Billing errors
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period

7. Payment Processing
All payments for MakeMove are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have concerns about your payment, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
