This Privacy Policy describes how LLP Techdab ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use MakeMove ("Service"), a web-based design tool for product cards and carousels.

- Email address (required for account creation)
- Password (stored securely, hashed)
- Images you upload for processing (temporary, for session use only)
- Text descriptions for marketing copy generation
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Identity documents (passports, ID cards)
- Financial account details
- Payment card information (handled entirely by Paddle)
2. Browser-Based Processing
Several core features of MakeMove — including photo cleanup (LaMa inpainting) and background removal — run entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and ONNX technologies. Images processed by these tools are never sent to our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Authenticate your account
- Render product cards and carousels (server-side processing)
- Generate marketing copy for slides
- Respond to support inquiries
4. Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment card details.
5. Data Storage and Security
Account data is stored in Supabase (EU region). We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and restricted access to production systems.
6. Data Retention
Uploaded images are processed in-session and are not permanently stored on our servers. You may request account deletion at any time.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With Paddle for payment processing
- With Anthropic (Claude API) for marketing copy generation — text descriptions only
- With Supabase for authentication and data storage
- When required by law
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data
